Don't say no to charity!

High street looks but more then half the price! Yes you guessed it, we're talking charity shopping!

Charity shopping is not only fun but also very rewarding when you find a superb bargain.  The great thing about them is you can find very expensive, classy items for more then half the price AND you can find some serious vintage fashions which are coming back all the time.

The best advice when entering a charity shop is to have a good rummage and to use your imagination.  Look at your latest fashions and see if anything in there is similar or transformable.

It's great to find some designer quality clothing, particularly when visiting London Charity shops in areas such as Chelsea.  P~T~F visited South Kensington and found Octavia Foundation Charity shop.  This has some great high street fashions, including a lot of Topshop items.  As well as this, there was NOA NOA cardigans, Karen Millen dresses and even a Vivienee Westwood bag.

Topshop Cardigan- £8
A bargain for the fashionable, coral coloured design.

P~T~F also visited the Shelter Charity shop in Canterbury.  Here there were some great finds such as some quirky shoes and top high street brands.  Here's the best finds from Shelter:

From left: Some fringed shoes for only £3! The fringed look is so in right now, so these would definitely be the best buy of the day! On the right: Some leopard print shoes to rock an LBD! Prints are always a must and these shoes are so worth it for only £4.

Just to see what else you can find on the off chance at a charity shop, I asked the shop assistant Sarah to name some of the brands she has come across in the past.
